It's that time again....

Well, I guess its that time again! A few more people have told me to update my blog! ha! So, lets see what all I can catch you up on.....

Matt finished up coaching the New Hope Football Team to the North Half & South Half Round of the Playoffs. The guys worked so hard and they have nothing to be ashamed of for making it this far! Congrats to the 2009 New Hope Football & Coaches on a GREAT Season!

I completed my First Fall Semester of Graduate School in Education at the W! I took 2 classes and finished with 2 A's!!! YAY! I will be taking 2 more classes in the Spring- 1 is online and 1 will be in the evening. This has allowed me to gain the experience of Substituting at New Hope High & Middle School! I absolutely LOVE doing that! Its great for the experience and I love being around the students!

I guess I need to change the title of my Blog, because our little family has grown over the past 1 & 1/2 year! We now have added a Blue Pit Bull- "DELTA BLUE" (don't let the name fool you, she's just a BIG BABY, i promise- it took alot of BEGGING & PLEADING from Matt for me to accept taking this dog in!) And we have also added a stray cat- "SPOOKY"! She's sweet too and I can't believe she has actually been staying around! But of course, I guess if you start feeding and watering the poor thing, I would stay too!

Here's a picture of our Christmas Card this year! Enjoy! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

The latest...

Well, it looks like its time for another update! You know me, I just wait a couple of months then I try to catch you all up on everything in the middle! I will try to remember it all....

So, I am still selling Mary Kay Products! I love making women feel beautiful not only on the outside, but on the inside as well! I will be attending our Seminar 2009 at headquarters next week in Dallas, TEXAS, so I'm excited about being able to get away for a while!
I still keep a full stock in my office, so if you ever need something, just call, text or email! Check out my website: You can search all products on there and even place an order right from your computer!

I recently lost my Grandmother- 'Mamaw' on June 27, 2009.... this was tough. Still is. She was my last grandparent. She was my Daddy's mother- Annie Lois Gore. She would have been 91 on July 24, 2009. I will miss her dearly. I am so thankful to God that He allowed for her to be able to attend our Wedding last year! She suffered for a long time over the cancer. She was a strong-willed person and always fought it, no matter how much pain she went through. It is a security to know that she is not suffering anymore and that she has finally been healed by our Savior.

Matt & I recently Celebrated our 1 YEAR Anniversary! I still can't believe it has already been a full year! But Wow....I would totally do it ALL over again! I loved every minute of it! God has truly blessed me with a Wonderful, Loving, & Trusting Husband and I will be forever grateful to him for that! It has been a Lovely Year & I can't wait to celebrate many more memories of years to come! We did eat the top of our Wedding Cake & Believe it or not, it still tasted just like the day when we got married! It was Delicious! I will add pics later of it!

I currently have made up my mind that I am going back to school to earn the Teaching License through the Alternate Route at Mississippi University for Women! This will also lead into the Masters Program offered there as well! Its called the Masters of Arts in Teaching (MAT). I really excited about this decision! Matt & I have prayed so much over this and we feel that it is what God is wanting me to endure! I already have my Bachelor's in Business Marketing and so I am thankful for this Alternate Route for those that already have a degree that is non-teaching.
I have already taken Praxis I & PASSED! And I just recently took Praxis II & found out that I PASSED it as well! :) And I just took 2 online Grad courses in June & finished with 2 A's! So its looking GREAT so far! Just pray for me because the next step is to take the GRE....kinda nervous about that one, but I will let you know the final results!
Also, I was hired as a Substitute at New Hope Schools towards the end of this past Spring and I enjoyed being able to have that actual experience in the classroom before going on to taking the Grad Courses! And I will be enduring the Substituting again this school year 09-10!

So, there again, a lot has happened since I was last logged in on here, but that's the latest updates for now!

Christmas 2008 Time!

This is our First Christmas together as a Married Couple! Enjoy the pics of us decorating our home!

Our First Real Tree with no gifts yet... Our tree's theme is "Vintage, Victorian, & Antique".

Macy is eyeing her gifts!

Our stockings! Just bought mine & Matt's this year. I thought they match our "Vintage Christmas Theme" perfect!

Our First Christmas Tree, with gifts now!

Instead of the "Elf on the Shelf", its the "Grinch on Shelf"! He makes sure that Macy is a good girl! "Daddy Coach" tells her that if she isn't good, the Grinch will come down and steal her Christmas toys away!

We Believe in Santa in our Home!

Love my Christmas China!

Happy Birthday to Me!

My Birthday was December 3rd. This was #24 for me! Wow! Time Flies. Wanted to show some pics and brag on some people who made my day Special! Mom made me my fav. chocolate cake with sprinkles & brought it to me at the office. My coworkers at work took me to Garibaldi's- made them sing to me! And my Sweet Husband sent me a Dozen Peach colored Roses to my office, then took me out to eat at Woody's on the Water and gave me an Upper Body Massage gift card to the Day Spa! And even Macy gave me a Birthday Card!

It was a special day! Thank you to all those who sent me a message via text, facebook, or myspace! I hope to have many, many more!

Few Events Updated

Wow, I can't believe Decemeber 1st is already here! It has been an Awesome year, with so many Amazing events happening in our lives!

First, I'd like to Congratulate my Husband for doing such a wonderful job on the 2008 Football Season with the New Hope Trojans. They made it all the way to Round 3 of the Playoffs. They had a winning season before playoffs of 6 & 4! After the playoffs, they ended the season with 8 & 5 Victory! They boys should be very proud of themselves. Matt, you should be proud of yourself! I am so thankful for you and the time you spent with the guys. Can't wait for next year's season!

Next, December 3, is my Birthday. Whoa, can't believe my age! Its crazy how time flies when your having a ball! Thank you to my wonderful parents for having me as their child and giving me life.

Also, December 12, Matt & I will have been married 5 months! Its been so much fun as a newlywed! Matt is such a great person, who amazes me everyday. Let me brag on you a little, because you deserve it! I would like for everyone to know, that our first date together was Shopping at 6:00am on Black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving!)! I was so Shocked that he decided to do this! I asked him to do it with me, if he "really" wanted to date me! So, I guess it turned out to be more than he just wanted to "really" date me! So, every year we continue this celebration, except this year, we got up at 3:30AM! WOW! I told you he needed to be bragged on!

Hope everyone has a great December! Remember, the reason for season!

Trying to stay on top of things with the blogging world.
I'm trying to make my page look a little more up to date with this month being Turkey month. Be paitient while I'm updating. I hope everyone had a great October/Halloween.
Now we are moving into our next holiday: Thanksgiving- one of my favorite because of all the family and food!
We're staying busy as ourselves. The regular Football season for New Hope Trojans (High School) has ended, however we are in the PLAYOFFS! We haven't been in about 10 YEARS! So Congrats to all the players and coaches and staff for a winning season and now moving into the playoffs!
Our first game is tomorrow (11/7/08) at Cleveland, playing Cleveland. This is also where my mother's college roommate lives so this will be a good opportunity for them to visit! To help take her mind off of being sad about closing Mr. John's Place. My dad is thrilled to be able to go and support the Trojans! Something he has not been able to do in at least 10 years! He will be feeding Homemade Spaghetti to the team and the coaches tonight as the celebrate around a bonfire tonight and get prepared for tomorrow!
So a special Congrats to my husband for all the hard work he has put into this '08 season! Hard work pays off! I am so proud of you and what you have accomplished!
